The Life Path Symbalas are my artistic translation of the Destiny Cards and are based upon my experience of many years working with the archetypal qualities, frequency and geometry of the numbers. To that I add the symbolic coloring of the suits. When I look at the energies of the cards, I approach them as 1 through 13, rather than Ace through King.

All of the cards speak to the very human need to seek and understand self. The number and suit of your birth card reflects the style and focus that characterizes your journey in this search.

Aces are the beginning; they are the Ones. As Ones they are strong, independent and very creative, for they begin it all. Being the beginning they have an almost frantic need to be the creator, which can make them intense, yet confident. They have the strength and courage of the baby bird fiercely pecking its way out of its shell to face a new world full of challenges. Their arrival is the beginning of their primary focus, the creation of themselves.
