Introducing New Symbala for August, 2023
As we travel the road we create, sometimes we experience a totally new and unforgettable moment. If you were raised with a Biblical perspective, it might be called a ‘road to Damascus’ moment or epiphany. Personally, I would call it a sudden ‘warp-speed’ moment.
I was there and next instant I am HERE NOW! I had such a moment which changed my life in a wonderful way when I was 50. It showed me a path to Symbalas. I knew the moment was powerful for me because it felt like a soft blow to my solar plexus and came with a deep knowing; though the name evolved years later.
The Symbala I’m sharing with you today gave me an awakening moment too – of a less life-changing impact, but powerful all the same. I had just done the first printing. The printing step is important because the nature of the two mediums (my computer screen and a print) can noticeably shift the perception of color and lighting. My computer is situated in an alcove where the light is not very bright. As I held the newly printed Symbala in my hands, I admit to a slight disappointment. It seemed to lack the frequency I felt when I drew and named it. I was considering adjustments when I took it to the much brighter light coming from the nearby french doors. Then came the Moment!
A Symbala, like us, is made of light energy. Suddenly it sprang to life in my hands and fulfilled its name, ‘Hyper-Aware’!
