What is a Symbala? The Symbala World of Lahrinda Eileen Lahrinda's Personal Symbala

The Spark of Life

Beginning a new year always carries the flavor of Capricorn, as in the goal-setting with resolutions; not something I practice particularly, even though my sun is in that sign. However, there is a deeper soul-purpose for Capricorn which is sublime: to raise and elevate yourself higher, as in climbing the mountain. For those who are consciously set on a path of spiritual evolution, this is an important awareness to use as a springboard for the new year unfolding.

Even though we may have a spiritual focus, we must remember that the health of our bodies is a key factor for outer and inner work. What is the first thing we do when we emerge from our mother’s body? We take a breath – it is the spark of new life and becomes a somewhat automatic process for the rest of the time in our physical bodies. Along with our hearts, which is the pulse of life, these two organs, the lungs and the heart are the integral factors in sustaining and monitoring our healthy state of being physically. They maintain a steady in/out beat recycling the spiraling life forces of air and blood.

Because it is less automatic than the beating heart, breathing is something we can use as a focusing factor for our elevating processes. We can control the rhythm and the depth of it and our awareness of how it connects us to everything and everyone in the cosmos. I think about breathing often, being a sedentary person I frequently have to remind myself to breathe more deeply. This awareness is what inspired me to draw this newest Symbala. Forming new patterns of thought about breathing would be a good place to begin the new year because as Abraham says:

“There is no physical body, no matter what the conditions, that cannot achieve an improved condition. Nothing else in your experience responds as quickly as your own physical body to your patterns of thought.” ~ Abraham/Hicks 8/31/08

I started playing with the word BREATHE and realized it made a very nice acronym for my point. So here’s my version: Better Respiration Elevates Ample Thrust for Healthy Expansion!

Happy New Year, 2019!

Happy 2019

Here’s a Symbala I drew to welcome the new year.  2019 is a ‘3’ year so I worked with the ‘3’ base resonance to evolve the intricate design.  I believe there will be a more even pulse to the way things unfold in 2019 and that will encourage a graceful rhythm as startling things are revealed. But whatever comes forth, I wish you all a bright, loving and abundant new cycle.

With Warm Loving Resonance, Lahrinda

New to Symbala World: You can now find me on Facebook, which I finally joined. Also there is a way to speak to me for free on Skype, if you’re so inclined. If you don’t have Skype yet, here’s a link to sign up and join those of us who love the free calling and seeing (if you have a camera) friends and dear ones far away. I can now see my son and granddaughter regularly, even though they live thousands of miles away.
